Buying transport passes through the command - /sellcar. 

After you enter /sellcar, a menu will appear where you will have to choose which transport you are going to sell. After choosing the transport you need to choose: sell - sell to the state (70-75% of the state price) or sell to the player (you specify the price). Then you need to specify the id of the player who sells and enter the amount, after clicking "sell". The buyer will have a menu with brief information about the purchase.

Buying and selling a house.

 

To buy a house or put up for sale, you need to go into it and stand on the marker at the door. A menu will open in which you need to click "Information". There you can see for what price it is sold or put up for sale.
