The Criminal Code (CC) - is the main and only source of criminal law, the only normative act that establishes the criminality and punishability of acts throughout the state of San Andreas.

 

Chapter 1. Murder

1.1 Murder of citizens or a state employee - 6 level of the search.

Chapter 4. Armed attack

4.1 Armed attack on a citizen or a state employee with a firearm - 6 level of the search.

5.2 Insulting a state employee in any form - 3 level of the search.
Notice: an insult can be inflicted in the form of a statement (verbally, in writing) or in the form of an action (spitting, indecent gesture), this is an attempt to get personal when communicating in any form.

 

Chapter 6. Causing harm to health

6.1 Causing average harm to the health of a citizen - 2 level of the search.
Notice: by causing average harm to the health of a citizen, punches are meant.
Important: In the case of a minor violation, the police officer must first warn about the violation of law and order. In case of refusal to comply with the police order or repeated violation, the employee is obliged to issue a fine, according to the Administrative Code 5.3. If you refuse to pay a fine for a non-serious violation of law and order, the violator receives Articles 6.1 of the Criminal Code and 20.3 of the Criminal Code, respectively.
6.2 Causing serious harm to the health of a citizen - 3 level of the search.
Notice: causing serious harm to the health of a citizen means blows with a cold weapon and kicks, as well as intentional hitting by a vehicle.

 

Chapter 7. Narcotic substances

7.1 Use of drugs - 3 level of the search with the withdrawal of drugs.

Chapter 12. Hooliganism

12.1 Hooliganism, that is, a gross violation of order in a public place - 2 level of the search.
Notice: an example of hooliganism is being on the roof of a car, being on the roof of a stop, jumping on cars, ((flooding with the same message)), damage to property (Fences, poles, etc.)

Chapter 13. Crimes against property

Notice: examples of fraud are the actions of a taxi driver who, in a rented taxi with a working meter, demands money/tips from citizens in advance, and in case of refusal, throws citizens out of the car.
13.3 Open theft of other people's property - 3 level of the search with the withdrawal of the stolen property.
13.4 Robbery of a public or private enterprise - 4 level of the search wtih the withdrawal of the stolen property.
13.5 Extortion, that is, the requirement to transfer someone else's property under the threat of violence or destruction or damage to someone else's property - 3 level of the search.
Notice: phrases like "- Taxi driver, give us 10,000 or we will shoot you and your car! " or "- I have proof of your violation, either you give me 20,000, or I write a complaint and you will be fired! " are examples of extortion.

 

Chapter 14. Destruction of property

14.1 Destruction of other people's property - 3 level of the search.
Notice: the destruction of property is any action after which the object exploded or disappeared (shot, turned over, drowned, etc.).
14.2 Destruction of state property - 4 level of the search.
Notice: destruction of property is any action after which the object exploded or disappeared (shot, turned over, drowned, etc.).
14.3 Attempt to destroy someone else's property, the criminal is assigned level 2 of the search, but if it was an attempt to destroy state property,in this case - 3 level of the search.
Notice: an attempt, you can count a deliberate ramming with the purpose of destruction, or other similar methods.

 

Chapter 15. Trespassing

15.1 Entering a protected area - 3 level of the search.
Notice: the protected area is the territory of military units, the FBI office, police stations, the floors of the City Hall starting from the second floor, the place of training of law enforcement agencies, as well as the territory of state warehouses in the square [Y-8] and [D-7]. Citizens have the right to visit the territory of police departments to address the police officer or write a statement. Chapter 16. Crimes against State power

16.1 Committing acts aimed at forcibly seizing power or forcibly retaining power in violation of the state Constitution - 3 level of the search.
16.2 Committing actions aimed at organizing an armed rebellion or actively participating in it in order to overthrow or forcibly change the constitutional order - 4 level of the search.
16.3 Planning or implementing actions that may be regarded as high treason - 6 level of the search.

 

Chapter 17. Vehicle theft

17.1 Theft of a vehicle - 3 level of the search with withdrawal of the driver's license.
Notice: the actions of the violator are considered as theft if the violator got behind the wheel of the vehicle and moved from the place.
17.2 Attempt to steal a vehicle - 2 level of the search.
17.3 Theft of a state vehicle - 4 level of the search with the withdrawal of the driver's license or the corresponding license.
Notice: the actions of the violator are considered as theft if the violator got behind the wheel of the vehicle and moved from the place. If the violator hijacks a military helicopter, it is not the driver's license that is withdrawn, but the pilot's license.

 

Chapter 18. Crimes against justice

18.1 Concealing crimes/criminals/facts/evidence and other important information for the investigation - 3 level of the search.
18.2 Making false statements - 2 level of the search.
18.3 Libel - 2 level of the search.
Notice: slander - knowingly false defamatory information or dissemination of knowingly false information that discredits the honor and dignity of another person or undermines his reputation. The penalty for libel is issued only if the violator spreads deliberately false information. If the citizen was not aware of the discrepancy between the validity of this information, it is not slander.

 

Chapter 19. Corruption

19.1 Bribing an official - 2 level of the search.
19.2 Mediation in the bribery of an official - 1 level of the search.
19.3 Accepting a bribe, a state employee - 2 level of the search with dismissal.
Notice: as evidence of violation of these articles, only RP evidence is accepted, for example: recordings of a voice recorder/video camera, photos from a camera with the corresponding RP wagering.

 

Chapter 20. Insubordination to law enforcement officers

20.1 Non-compliance or refusal to comply with the legal requirements of an FBI or SAPD employee - 3 level of the search.
Notice: the legal requirements are: a request to leave the vehicle when detained/stopped by a SAPD/FBI officer; a request to provide documents in cases provided for by the SA Constitution, etc.
Notice: if a criminal interferes with receiving instructions from a SAPD/FBI employee, his ignorance of the order does not exempt him from responsibility in any way (raised windows, loud music in the car, etc.).
20.2 Disobeying the request of law enforcement officers to leave the cordoned-off area or the place of a special operation with a threat to life(s) - 3 level of the search.
Important: insubordination is the refusal or disregard of the lawful requirements of the officer, such as: refusal to leave the place of training of employees of state structures; refusal to leave the territory captured by terrorists; refusal to leave the place of fire...
Attention! Important! A legal requirement of an officer is a requirement that does not violate the legal acts of civilians, as well as that does not violate by-laws.
20.3 Refusing to pay a fine for violating the state code of administrative Violations - 2 level of the search.

 

Chapter 21. Illegal sexual acts

21.1 Rape - 2 level of the search.

Notice: phrases like "- You will be demoted/fired" are threats, but phrases like "- I will leave a complaint against you" or "- You will receive punishment for your actions according to the rules" are not threats

 

Chapter 24. Begging

24.1 Begging in public places - 1 level of the search.

 

Chapter 25. Sale of property in public places

25.1 Sale of property of any kind in public places - 1 level of the search.
25.2 Repeated sale of property of any kind in public places - 2 level of the search.
Notice: the criminal is assigned level 2 of the search if he previously sold property in a public place, a law enforcement officer arrested him, the criminal got out of prison and continued to sell property.

 

Chapter 26. Complicity in a crime

26.1 Complicity in a crime - the same level of search as the organizer.
Notice: for example, a taxi driver is driving a passenger, this passenger decided to insult a police officer who was nearby, the police officer began to pursue this passenger, the taxi driver, instead of stopping and handing the criminal over to the police, continues to move, in this case he is an accomplice. However, if the taxi driver himself is a criminal, and the passenger is just sitting in his car, the passenger is not an accomplice.
26.2 Complicity in a crime by an employee of a state organization, in addition to criminal liability - punishment according to state law.

27.2 Deliberate provocation of employees of state structures - 4 level of the search.
Notice: Intentional provocation means intentional violations of the Criminal Code and the Administrative Code in order to provoke state employees to take measures against the criminal (chase, attempt to detain, etc.), as well as shouts like "Hey you! What can you do to me?!", "Come on! Shoot or are you afraid?!" and so on.

 

Note to the Criminal Code:

  • Only the governor is allowed to make changes to the criminal code, with preliminary discussion among congressmen.
  • When applying for a wanted list, you are allowed to use the method that is convenient for you, for example:

- /su [player id] [wanted level] 5.2 + 10.2
- /su [player id] [wanted level] Vehicle theft
Notice: it is not recommended to mix the methods of declaring a wanted list.

  • A criminal may be denied legal assistance if the overall level of his search is 6.
  • Violation of certain articles entails violation of other articles that directly or indirectly relate to them. example, a criminal who has used drugs must also be charged with drug possession.
