Commands Of Chat 

• /pagesize - change the number of lines in the chat
•  /b - ООС Chat
•  /r - Chat faction
• /rb - ООС chat faction
• /d - Department Radio 
• /db - ООС Department Radio 
• /s - shout
• /w - whisper. 
• /sms (id) -   send SMS to player
• /o - General chat
• /m - speaker in the patrol car.
