1. GENERAL RULES

1.1 Any person who is registered on the MTARP project automatically agrees with this set of rules and undertakes to abide by them.
* Non-acquaintance of the rules does not absolve from responsibility.
1.2 The administrator has the right to punish the player for a reason not specified in these rules.
* In this case, the administrator is obliged to inform the management about his actions.
1.3 Only the player is responsible for the security of his account and undertakes to comply with all appropriate security measures.
* In case of hacking / theft of the account through the fault of the player, the administration has every right to refuse to restore access to the account.
1.4 Inappropriate criticism of the administration's actions is prohibited.
* Criticism must be appropriate so that we can understand how to solve the problem in the best way. If the player is not satisfied with something in the actions of the administration, he can report it to the section "Жалобы на администрацию(Complaints to the administration)" on our forum.
1.5 It is forbidden to use any programs, scripts, cheats giving advantages over other players in the game.

1.10 It is forbidden to sell and exchange items for resources that are not related to the game (steam accounts, real money, keys for games, etc.).

1.11 It is forbidden to incite, urge other players to break the rules.

1.12 The administration is not engaged in solving the problems of players arising out of their own stupidity.
* The player must understand that any actions for the sale / exchange of property, or the transfer of money to debt - he commits at his own peril and risk.
1.13 If a player repeatedly violates the rules of the server, the administration chooses the appropriate punishment, including blocking accounts.
* If a player deliberately repeatedly violates the rules of the server, the administrator can issue a punishment for a longer period.
1.14 The administration responds only to correctly drawn up complaints in the report.,
* The administration does not respond to requests of various kinds that are not related to complaints.
1.15 The administration has the right to amend this set of rules without notifying the players.
* We usually notify everyone when we make changes in the rules.

2. ACCOUNTS

2.1 It is forbidden to create additional accounts (twinks, multi-accounts) in order to violate the rules of the server.

2.2 It is forbidden to register nicknames containing obscenities, insults, obscene language.

2.3 It is forbidden to register nicknames similar to the nicknames of the administration.

2.4 It is forbidden to register advertising nicknames.

2.5 The sale and transfer of accounts to third parties is prohibited.

2.6 Responsibility is borne by the owner of the account, regardless of who performed actions under this account.
* This is not a reason to cancel or mitigate punishment. Account protection is primarily the responsibility of the account owner.

3. CHAT

3.1 It is forbidden to use the obscene language in public.
* Personal communication is allowed.
(Punishment: Mute up to 10 minutes.)
3.2 It is forbidden to insult players.
(Punishment: Mute up to 2 hours.)
3.3 It is forbidden to threaten players if this does not apply to the RP process.
(Punishment: Blocking of your account for up to 7 days.)
3.4 Prohibited multiple caps (messages in upper register).
(Punishment: Mute up to 10 minutes.)
3.5 Flood is prohibited (more than two identical messages in a short time).
(Punishment: Mute up to 30 minutes.)
3.6 Advertising of third-party resources is prohibited.

3.7 It is forbidden to deliberately break the MetaGaming (MG) rule
(Punishment: Mute up to 10 minutes + punishment from the leader.)
 

4. GAME PROCESS

4.1 It is forbidden to kill / physically harm players without IC reason (Death Macth)
(Punishment: jail for 60 minutes + punishment from the leader.)
4.2 It is forbidden to leave the game in order to gain an advantage in the game process.
(Penalty: jail for 60 minutes.)
4.3 It is forbidden to kill players on the spawn (Spawn Kill).
(Penalty: jail for 60 minutes.)
4.4 It is forbidden to kill a player for killing you as revenge (Revenge Kill).
(Punishment: jail for 60 minutes + punishment from the leader.)
4.5 It is forbidden to return to the place of your murder within 15 minutes, or until the RP situation ends (New Life Rule).
(Penalty: jail for 60 minutes.)
4.6 It is forbidden to intentionally kill the same player several times (Repeat Kill).
(Punishment: jail for 120 minutes + dismissal from the faction.)
4.7 It is forbidden to impersonate a hero (PowerGaming).
(Punishment: jail for 120 minutes + punishment from the leader.)
4.8 It is forbidden to kill members of an allied organization for no apparent RP reason (Team Kill).
(Punishment: jail for 120 minutes + dismissal from the faction.)
4.9 Any criminal activity in the green zones is prohibited.

5. COPYRIGHT

5.1 Any use/copying of MTA-RP scripts/resources is prohibited.
