А на деле, перед тем как зпускать полноценно суды нужно: Увеличить время КПЗ Судьи смогут давать 6 звёзд и садить на 10 часов, в то время как даже фбр редко будут использовать 5 звёзд (5 часов кпз) и чтобы могли судьи выпускать (ну и некоторые главы фракций) 1 - 30 минут 2 - 1 часа 3 - 2 часа 4 - 3 часа 5 - 5 часов 6 - 10 часов Это будет скоро Идея с увеличение срока КПЗ, на мой взгляд, очень спорная. Зачем наказывать игроков их реальным временем? К тому же это усугубит проблему ложного розыска и увеличит кол-во жалоб на эту тему. Про 6 звёзд, выдаваемых судьёй - идея отличная, но сроки увеличивать не стоит, судебные приговоры должны иметь сугубо последствия в IC, а не в OOC. Ничего не знаю. Пусть лучше будут на 10 жалоб больше в день, но на 10 неадекватов меньше. Ато привыкли что всё с рук сходит и отделывают 30 минутами. Новый УК тоже готовится. В большинстве случаев, пусть садят 15 минут - 1 час. А вот 2+ часа, уже от ранга зависит и степени тяжести. Неадекваты никуда и никогда не денутся, они есть везде, в пд в том числе

Почему человек, устроившись водителем, может дойти спокойно до судьи, выполняя простые задания и может перескочить несколько рангов, написав банально заявление на помощника адвоката, какой смысл тогда в рангах между водителем и помощником адвоката? Внимания явно недостаточно к судебным работникам и к предложенным мной изменениям можно прийти просто открыв форум GOV и увидев все эти недочёты. 3.   24. 1. Наименование данной должности особого значения не имеет. У штата СА существует своя конституция, почему не может быть собственного верховного суда? Некоторые штаты США практически суверенны и законы в каждом из них существенно разнятся. 2. Судьи в данный момент назначаются согласно "Системе карьерного роста в GOV", а не губернатором, что просто нелогично, т. к. абсолютно любой человек может выполнить ряд простых заданий, просидеть в мэрии нужное кол-во дней и в конце концов стать судьёй. 3. Система по составлению списков коллегии присяжных заранее - крайне ненадёжна и существенно замедляет процесс рассмотрения дел и вынесению по ним приговоров. Присяжных стоит набирать более оперативно в ближайшее время перед началом суда. 4. Разделение отнюдь не бесполезно. Не думаю, что коротенький тэг перед сообщение вроде [МЗ] или [МВБ] может нагрузить строку, зато сразу уведомит всех читающих данное сообщение сотрудников GOV, министром или инспектором какого министерства является человек. 1. Конституции отдельных штатов - существуют, а вот Верховных судов отдельных штатов - нет. 2. Думаете, если судьи будут назначаться вне системы повышения - будет лучше? Губернатор имеет таковое право, ибо это уже практиковалось, но в виде исключения. По сути, ни на что не повлияет, а если ещё и учитывать то, каких лидеров периодически ставят - может выйти боком. 3. Относительно коллегии уже было сказано, что её набор теперь осуществляется исключительно по желанию истеца (подающего заявление). Повторюсь, существенной разницы в названии нет, не стоит обсуждать это даже. Назовите хоть его просто главным судьёй по штату СА - смысл не изменится 2. Человек по логике должен дослужиться до судьи, а потом уже, получит возможность занять руководящую должность, по аналогии с инспекторами и министрами. И вообще, я считаю необходимым ввести отдельную систему повышений для судебных служащих. 3. Если уже до конца ссылаться на ИРЛ, то коллегии присяжных не существует вовсе. Есть только суд присяжных и в США он рассматривает исключительно административные дела 4. По такой логике можно выдать несколько десятков мутов игрокам САПД.
